Pinterest Gets Analytical!

Pinterest isn’t just a place for users to bookmark pretty images; it’s also a great place to market your business. Recently, Pinterest created business pages just for this purpose. The only downside? No real way to measure how many people are seeing, liking, and re-pinning your pins. That is, until this week!

Pinterest now has an analytics feature to help business users track their ROI. Now, you’ll be able to find out how many people are pinning from your website, seeing your pins, and clicking your content. You’ll also be able to learn which pins get the most re-pins, who pins them, and what else people pin alongside them, information you can use to tailor your website and Pinterest boards.

If you’ve already set up a Pinterest site for your business, you’ll need to first make sure your page is verified as a business, and switch your page to Pinterest’s “new look” if you haven’t already. You’ll then be able to access your analytics page that will measure your pins, re-pins, impressions, and clicks.
