With a blend of creativity and practicality, Erica brings enthusiasm and know-how to the corecubed team. Erica has led teams to achieve organic growth throughout her six years of managing multiple operations for the largest privately-held home care provider in the nation. During that time, her leadership and success in the home care industry spread across eight operations in three states. She has a deep understanding of and passion for the aging care industry, demonstrated by the success of her teams and continued enthusiasm for helping connect members of our communities with the assistance they need.
With a broad range of experience in home care, Erica has a gained a deep understanding of all challenges in home care. She understands that businesses must adapt to the changing industry to overcome each evolving challenge, from recruiting to marketing. With 12 years of experience in customer service, she understands that customer service is the key to maintaining a competitive advantage.
Erica has earned dual degrees in Business Administration/Management and Psychology from East Tennessee State University – a unique combination that has proven to be valuable in an industry that is so personal and human.
