Merrily Orsini is recognized widely as an innovative aging care thought leader with a laser sharp understanding of the market. In 1981, she started her first aging care business, a geriatric care managed home care agency that she grew exponentially and successfully sold, earning her a prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award. In 1998, she founded corecubed, a marketing firm dedicated exclusively to helping aging care providers grow their businesses, where she is now the founder and board chair.
Her insights into the future of aging care add to her remarkable marketing expertise in the home health, hospice, and home-centered care industries. While her specialization is in private duty home care, her span of her influence encompasses all models of home-based care.
Orsini has held many roles in the industry, including service for numerous national organizations. At the 2018 NAHC Home Care and Hospice Annual National Conference, she was honored to present a compelling TED Talk on being a visionary in the industry. She was Chair of the Private Duty Homecare Association of America while on the board of the National Association for Home Care and Hospice, and also served as the Chief Strategic Officer for Private Duty for NAHC in 2011 and 2012. Her firm, corecubed, was the agency of record for the Home Care Association of America (AKA NPDA) from its inception through 2008.
In 2017, Merrily was honored to receive the Silver Lifetime Achievement Stevie Award for Women in Business.
