Continuum wanted to honor their hard-working, dedicated caregiving team and requested a t-shirt design from corecubed. The Continuum team loved how the design elevated caregivers as the true heroes that they are.

The t-shirt design earned a 2022 Gold Aster Award for Healthcare Marketing Excellence.
