Senior Planning Services initially called upon corecubed for assistance in differentiating themselves from other geriatric care management agencies in the Santa Barbara, California area. Providing specialists in geriatric nursing, social work, and dementia care, Senior Planning Services wanted others to discover the range of in-depth services they offer that are provided with in-home care. Their services truly allow frailty to end of life care in a manner that keeps dignity and independence at the forefront.
